What is your morning routine like? Mine is chaotic. I have two kids under 3. Mornings are NUTS!

But if we don’t take control of our minds in the morning, our day will soon spiral out of control and we’ll spend the whole time chasing our tails.

I’ve put together a really simple BUT EFFECTIVE morning mindset routine. It takes less than 15 minutes but allows you to start the day with mindfulness, intention and gratitude. MINDSET WIN!

When you start the day off in a good frame of mind, you set yourself up for success. You are ahead and easily able to shift if things get challenging.
