Nothing affects our moods more than how we feel physically.

We might’ve had the best day at work but all of those good feelings go flying out the door when we go bikini shopping on our lunch break.

Here’s the thing, it doesn’t have to be like that. In fact, it shouldn’t! Loving our bodies should be our biggest priority. And it starts with our mind set and the mental games we play with ourselves.

I recently themed a weekly pep talk around the idea of body love and in it, I shared some ideas on how we can love our bodies more. I also shared that when we love our bodies more, our whole world just seems like a better place to be!
