It all starts out with setting an intention. A focus. An aim. Something that you can anchor too and turn back to when you feel as though things are getting beyond your control.

  • I stay calm and make time for self care this weekend
  • I co-create the most amazing weekend I’ve ever had so far
  • I use the weekend to switch off and get back to nature.
  • I feel so revitalised and refreshed by doing lots of self-care activities
